Gem and Eye sounds like a bad pun, and Gem Boss sounds like the next Candy Crush. Can we get a little more context as to why Gem must be included in the title so we can try to offer up more ideas?

True. All band names are stupid till the band catches on. I mean, "Hootie and the Blowfish?" Still... these are not great choices.

Don't like either. One's a bad pun and the other is senseless in a bad way.

If you must have Gem in you name, off the top of my head consider Gem Cuts, Gem Consortium, Gem Conspiracy, Gem Farmers . . . . .

Beatles is simple, rolls off the tongue better and takes less thought as to why than the original two gem options.
