Just think what he's telling people to sell them a car. I've had similar experiences but always stuck it out and usually regretted it.

Another GIG FROM HELL! (Long Rant)

it occurs to me that this very thing happened to me years ago when i went to buy my first "used car lot" car;
i got shanghaied into riding with the sales weasel across town to another associated lot, at which point i felt unable to "walk away" and ended up paying too much for what i bought
That is one of those situations where I get that weird feeling deep in my soul, like kind of a humiliated depression for getting stuck with these losers, but then I smile knowing I will laugh about it with people I actually like another day.
That sounds like a fun day...You definitely handled the situation better than most people would have.
