I have one just like this, but the older one with the bartolini system. These are great basses. I recently put nickel lowriders and it was a new level (previous pure blues user too). This bass will be hard to replace eventually. Enjoy it!

Nice looking bass! Played a used US Lakland (at our local GC since we don’t have any bougie shops in Tulsa) loved the feel and playability of it but yours is much nicer looking!

Lakland's 55 series basses are simply some of the best designed five string basses money can buy. I actually sold my USA EBMM StingRay5 in order to purchase a new Lakland 55-01. Enjoy that bass OP!

Yeah, and that isn't all of it. I've never been to a boutique guitar store like this before.

I've been meaning to go there, as I live about 20-25 minutes away. They appear to have lots of name artist playing shows there. Andy Timmons is supposedly part owner of it.

I am a Tone Shop fan myself. GS is super nice but the prices match the shop if you know what I mean.

This is true, but you do get to see basses no other store has.
