Hi!

I'm a Norwegian guy in the mid twenties. Have been DJing, record collecting and making beats (Hip Hop) for a decent time. Very obsessed with warm and banging sound, the sound I hear on 60's through 70's records. Because the bass guitar is such an important element in a beat to me, I bought a MIM P-bass. In the beginning I thought it was OK to play, like medium fun, and it did not get picked up too much after a little while.

Now, about one year later, for some reason I don't know I have got an urge and interest to play a lot. I really can't remember what caused this, but now I play about every day and like it a lot. I pay more attention to the bass in music, and think a lot of the bass when I'm not with it.

Since I enjoy playing a lot more I want to buy a good sounding amp, preferably all tube, but not too large. In my quest for finding an amp I have found a lot of information on this forum, so I decided to join in to get further help. I hope I will learn more about bass and equipment without getting all G.A.S. with tons of stuff I really don't need or have room for :) (I allready have lot's of records, misq. samplers, audio equipment, Rhodes Piano +++)

Glad to join in!

Jeg ved at nordmænd kan forstå dansk, så hvorfor ikke lige prøve at skrive dansk for en gangs skyld? ;)
