Another string ID question

Hello all and early Merry Christmas to you all!
Bought a new to me used 6 string. Normally I would bother not you all with something like this but I really like the strings that came on this Bass. The B is great and the rest really good.
Purple silks both ends
Chrome/silver ball ends, all strings
Nickel
They are round wounds but very smooth for rounds. I would say not smooth enough to be a half round except the C it is very smooth.
.030 to .120
I don't think they are that old as they are in nice shape. Came from a pawn shop so they have no clue.

Purple silk at both ends, silver ball ends and smooth texture all point to Ken Smith Compressors, which are Alloy 52 "rollerwound" made by GHS and an equivalent to the GHS Pressurewounds.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the gauges. The only high C and the low B offered by Ken Smith are .028 and .125 respectively.

One thing you can do is to measure the length of those strings from the ball end to the start of the silk (or end of the full winding) at the tuner end. If they're in fact Ken Smith, the low B should measure around 37" and the rest 38".

A couple of pics might help - one at the head stock and one at the ball end. Thanks.

Michael I will measure but that makes perfect sense as I do like the pressure wounds and I have used that B string with other sets. I will also put a micrometer on those diameters and re check.
