I'm currently selling a B50 combo here on my local CL. I get this response last night. Only on CL.

That kind of response would rub me the wrong way.I'm currently selling a B50 combo here on my local CL. I get this response last night. Only on CL.View attachment 4875409

I get massages once a month for a back, shoulder and neck injury. This would be way better than money in my book.I actually traded a bass, small amp, and lessons, for a year and a half of massages. But the transaction didn't happen on Craigs List. My massage therapist is someone I had already been getting massages from for over a year. So yeah, it can happen.
Hmm. I hope the situation has a happy ending.
As a serious reply; I have actually never had a massage (of any type); am I missing out?
Awww, your story had a (legitimate) happy ending…As the husband of a Licensed Massage Therapist, I can, with first hand knowledge, explain that there is a difference between a massage therapist and a masseuse. All the massage therapists I know get pretty upset if someone calls them a masseuse, as the latter is the one that gives happy endings (and generally doesn't have any kind of specialized education), while the former is one that has gone to school for upwards of two years to learn anatomy, trigger points, etc, so that they can medically assist someone via massage and various other treatments. Also, I know the women get REALLY upset if you even MENTION the phrase "happy ending".
If you have never had a massage, I HIGHLY recommend them if you have any kind of muscular issues (neck pain, lower back pain, stiffness, etc). I had never had one until I started dating my wife. She was in school at the time and you could go to the school and let the students practice on you for a very cheap price (in comparison to the $60/hr or more a therapy clinic or individual practicing therapist will charge you). I am thankful that I ended up marrying her, because after that first one, I was hooked. Now, if I have problems, I walk into the house, look at my wife, point to the trouble area and say, "Fix, please?"
Now...all that said...I will add that my wife is a professional. When I get a massage from her, nothing inappropriate occurs...as much as I wish it would.
As far as the OP goes, I would never consider trading stuff for massages, but that is simply because I get mine for free. Now, if I didn't get mine for free, and could get massages for equipment trades, I might actually consider that!!
