Kinda sucks that that is actually what I generally have at a gig if not zero - if I ever get stopped they'll assume I'm lying .

Same here. My wife practices DUI law, so I've learned how the game works. Police are looking for ANY reason to pull you over late at night. Much more so than during the day. If I drink anything at all at a gig, it's one beer early in the night. That way I know I'm good when I leave, and I'll be glad to take any test requested if pulled over.
