I think at least a third of my posts on this site are in regards to Anthony's playing one way or another, but that won't stop me from asking more!

I've been listening a good deal to Al Di Meola's album Casino lately. Are there any Jackson aficionados who can help with understanding what he was using on those cuts (bass, effects, etc.)?

For the uninitiated, here is Señor Mouse:

Thanks!

Was the "Working Girl" his precision he used with the O'Jays? Or was it the jazz he used later with the likes of Grover Washington, Jr.? I get mixed up all the time :hmm:

I don't think he ever used a precision.
The working girl is a jazz body with a precision neck tho, if I remember correctly...:D

Perhaps thats the case. I dunno, I went through the wiki yesterday and read the bit on him doing the O'Jays with a precision, thats where the confusion came from.

In any case, the sound on Casino is nastyy :bassist:
