Anthrax's Frank Bello 3-Finger Technique

Hey everyone. Not that it's overly important, but I'm just wondering how Frank Bello of Anthrax executes his 3 finger picking. Does he go 1-2-3-1-2-3, as in ring, middle, index and repeat. Or does he go 1-2-3-2-1-2-3.
Any help would be appreciated.

not sure how he does his 3 finger technique but I actually do 3-2-1-2-3-2-1-2-3 etc.

I love his playing on the albums but he seems really sloppy live.

I slowed down one of his videos on youtube, to me it looks like he does 3-2-1-3-2-1 etc, the same as Alex Webster.

Almost 99% sure he's a two finger player like Steve Harris. Sure he might throw in a third finger once in a blue moon...but almost every video I see him play it's always two fingers.
