No. Sorry guys. You are not permitted to start talking up the merits of a string set that I haven't tried. Stop it.

I will abuse my authority here if you force my hand.

I played on a set of Heritage strings for years. I liked them and can't honestly remember why I switched to something else. Just curiosity, I'm sure. They're a bit like Dominants crossed with Obligatos - kinda, sorta. Sorry, I know I'm probably not helping here :laugh:
 
Curiously, I was just on Upton's FB site, and they had a photo of a scroll w/ hatpegs which they said was a Louis DiLeone restoration in progress. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] is the bass on their site.

They call it a DiLeone, and it has a 2012 sticker, but it was a restoration of a 1920s-30s Czech.

That’s a restoration Lou just completed. Check out this one his father Frank DiLeone made with wood that was the last Frank was able to get out of Germany before WW2. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
