Any Broughton Archetype preamp owners out there?

I'm coming off an Oracle preamp because the midrange B15ness wasn't for me. I need a smoother somewhat scooped mid.

Would I like the Archetype preamp? And what should I pay it?

FYI, there aren't too many Archetype's in the wild. They're one of the harder Broughton's to get, and that's saying something. The last 5 that sold in the Classified were listed for around $900.
