Any ideas in modifying strings?

Hi everyone:
I own a set of TI flats .43-.100 used and I want to make them play like overcooked spaghetti, I don't care if the sound goes worse.
Can you think anything I can do to make them "loose"?
Sorry for not explaining anything but I don't want to bore you with details and keep you from answering.

Play a shorter scaled instrument?

I'll try the tuning down thing but I'm not sure if I'll be able to play well.
I've also tried stretching them but the change is very limited.
