Audio Stretch is very good.I used to use Best Practice but it seems to no longer be operable. Suggestions?
I came here to say Transcribe! I love it. My favorite trick for hard to hear quick passages is play it up an octave, slow it down a lot and eq out the really high stuff. It sounds crappy, but the notes are much more audible and the tools are there to accomplish this effortlessly.
3rd for Reaper! It also does pitch shifting by any increment.Second vote for Reaper. That is some amazing software and this is one of the tiny perks.
