Any recommendations on software to slow music for learning it?

Audio Stretch is very good.

Audacity can do the job as well, though Audio Stretch has more features for your purpose.

YouTube also has options to slow videos down and going to .75x speed usually maintains the pitch but makes it much easier to transcribe.

Otherwise, youtube with speed control.

I came here to say Transcribe! I love it. My favorite trick for hard to hear quick passages is play it up an octave, slow it down a lot and eq out the really high stuff. It sounds crappy, but the notes are much more audible and the tools are there to accomplish this effortlessly.

The Amazing Slow Downer seems to fit all the needs...but most importantly I was able to try it on the exact passage of a Spyro Gyra tune I'm trying to learn. Slowing it to 50% made it ridiculously easy.

AnyTune has been my goto. Can create playlists, adjust speeds, mark and loop sections, and a couple of other nice features.
