Would this wattage 700@4ohms (GK1001RB) be too much for two GB112 neox rated at 300 watts each? What would be the risk? thank you for your advice.

If you are careful and listen for any signs of distress you should be fine.

it was explained to me that the 700w output will see the cabs as a single load, so they will be getting 350w each.
regardless, it is always possible to blow a speaker when you push it. make sure you aren't boosting the lows too much, which will distress the drivers sooner. as a bit of a precaution, you could run a HPF to reduce the risk of blowing a speaker, but it isn't a perfect solution.
