I've bought 2 basses from the classifieds here, and both times I've had a brilliant transaction; cost effective, and with great help from the sellers involved.

That said, it's a lot less hassle to just buy from the basschat classifieds. Bought a bass from there on saturday and it was here by monday, even though we only payed £10 postage. :bassist:

It seems to me that quite a bit (or at least some) of the gear sold on Basschat just does the rounds. looks like they buy it, play it and then pass it on to another Bass chatter and so on and so on.
Nice little community going on there but while there are some great people on there it does seem a bit more insular that TB. I guess its down to the lack of members.
Love both.

Hey i dont think we have but im sure its only a matter of time. Only so many places to play around the nock.
