Anybody gigging and wearing a mask?

There's plenty of metal bands doing this but it has nothing to do with viruses.
If I feel I’d need a mask I wouldn’t take the gig. I’d be MORE concerned about the party goers who don’t, and don’t give a crap.
Not yet. Just one gig in July maybe. I'm over 60 and
take the virus very seriously. If I was 40 years old I would not

re: the virus:
- i wouldn't gig in a joint where anyone felt that they had to be protected from me (e.g., they're afraid).
- i wouldn't gig in a joint where i felt i had to be protected from others (e.g., not wearing masks: i'd be afraid).
- in my locale(s) it's too early to tell what 'normal' and 'useful' bar/restaurant/dive behavior is, exactly.
- none of 'my' venues are having bands/combos, anyway.
we're keeping in touch. we're ready to resume playing. we know it won't be for a while, yet.
The reason I ask is that I have my first band gig in three months in a couple of weeks. Fortunately I’m in a low incidence city and state for COVID-19. The gig is a private party on a very large back lawn, so I’ll be able to keep my distance.
I had planned to wear a mask during set up, and increasingly am thinking about wearing a mask during the gig. I’m now leaning that way.

Is it possible to rope off the band area so no one can get with 10 or 12 feet? Also, how seriously do your band mates take this situation and what kind of contacts do they have? I'm going to do a rehearsal next week, but it's outdoors and all of the band members are taking this situation very seriously so I feel about as safe as I'm going to.
Just starting up again and I'm anxious to get back to it, however I'm only working outside gigs. In Oregon we're in pretty good shape but the bug has yet to hit the rural areas (I joke that saying rural Oregon is redundant). Anywhooo doing a driveway rehearsal over the weekend and I don't think I'll need a mask with this band. I am beginning to understand the trade off between personal safety and bored dumb things to do. At 70 you'd think I knew better.....

I'm personally comfortable that folks won't intrude on band space. But if it becomes an issue that can't be resolved, I'm outta there.
My band mates are taking this very seriously. All will wear masks and will appropriately distance at Sunday's unfortunately indoor rehearsal.
But I'm personally gonna park my masked self on a stool outside on the front porch (rehearsal room is singer's front room). Curtains drawn and window cracked will let me see and hear, and be seen and heard (amp in the rehearsal room with wireless).
It's weird trying to constantly calculate risks with so little known.

Since the beginning of March, I have assumed I am asymptomatic. I mask up, and patiently distance for the good of others...
Redhead was scheduled to play outdoors in South Windsor CT on July 2. Yesterday the organizers said they were going to have us play in a recording studio instead and broadcast a live feed. In pictures, the room looks big, but I don't yet know how this is going to work, and I confess I'm apprehensive. The best way to spread coronavirus, research tells us, is to sing in an enclosed space. I'm waiting now for the details in how the organizers plan to make this work without endangering anyone's health.
I know what you mean. We haven't been together since an early March gig, partly because we have 2 to 5 (usually 3) singers.
Even if you guys wear masks at a gig, unless where you're playing has a requirement for masks, many people will not be wearing them. At the end of the day, no matter how much planning you do for a gig, you'll probably miss something.
