btw, how do you mount them in the pickguard/wherever you mounted it?
My G&L L2K has one since I don't use the preamp (I leave out the battery). The preamp on positions of the last swith act as a mute switch
Not got any proper killswitches fitted, but have played around with those kind of effects on my les paul (guitar, not bass) by using the pup selector switch with one of the pups set to zero volume.... trying to play Rage Against The Machine covers and whatnot.
Not sure I'd bother on the bass, but do quite fancy a proper killswitch on the guitars, cos it ain't good for the pup switches to use them that much.
Geez, you just taught me something here...I never realized that my SG (style) could do that, ...silly bunt I am.
I don't play that one often (that's a good excuse right?) So now it has 2 Kill factors.
