Anybody know what this finish is called? Listing says lake placid blue. Doesn’t look like it to me.

    dang, why don't they just call this thing baby blue and have done with the fancy names. Yeah, I know---baby blue is not macho enough....
  5. After looking at the Fender color by year chart I think it looks a lot like the Ice Blue Metalic mentioned above. But, Then putting it side by side with Tropical Turquoise on the chart, it is close also.

    That colour look similiar like Squier lake placid blue JJ jazz at sunny outdoor.

    My Tropical Turquoise came with a little umbrella in it. .... oh! We’re not talking about fruu-fruu drinks? :roflmao:

    Looks like the white balance in that picture is off. If that pickguard is white, then the actual color of the bass is probably closer to this:

    Agave Blue definitely. On MIM basses.

    I'd say Pelham blue but I don't think that's a standard Fender color.
