It’s from a joint tour of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones and Chick’s Electric Band. There are other clips from other shows, like this playlist.
There’s also some clips on Facebook from a guy named Rexx Racer where one comment said "This is during the encore when Flecktones and CCEB toured together. Both bands joined for Victor’s “The Message”. Chick/Bela started it off."
