Anybody Tried Circle K Strings?

One thing that has astounded me about Circle K strings is how much of their 'newness' they seem to retain after being completely worn in. I went back to using some D'addarios and some steel Warkwick strings for a while, then a few weeks ago I threw on my old set of CKs that had been sitting around for a year after a solid year's worth of use on my 6 string, and I was blown away by how much better they sounded despite their age and use. They are by far and away the brightest 'dead' strings I've ever owned. I just ordered a set for another bass because I don't even see the point in trying other brands now.

Instead of the normal labeling for gauges like .045 - .105, they used a labeling of something like .045 - .015.

They have several hundred 4 string sets, from piccolo to octave-down B. The .045-.015 set is one of the piccolo sets, the more standard sets are on the following pages.

I tried a set about 2 years ago and now they are all I use. What I like about circle K strings: they last a long time and have a balanced output from string to string. Less string tension as if you were tuned down a 1/2 step.
