I've been having issues with my Ritter and the Master Electronics pre from Noll.
I've reached out to both Ritter and Noll, and Noll replied after a month saying:
"I'm sorry, but a fault diagnosis by email is very difficult.
I can gladly make you an offer for a replacement electronics.
I need more information: does the passive tone potentiometer have a push-pull function or not. When was the bass purchased?
I'm not familiar with Ritter Instruments' warranty policy, maybe you ask Jens about it."
I'm fine paying for a replacement if needed. I've had it in the shop multiple times (they replaced the jack), but there's no wiring diagram for this (that I can find), and I can't get them to reply anymore.
