Anyone besides Yamaha make pickups like these?

I am building my first custom bass and am looking for pickups.

I really like these pickups for two reasons:

1. Their looks (they're fat and phat)
2. Their functionality (built-in thumb rest)

So, my questions are:

1. Can I get these pickups directly from Yamaha, do you think? If so, how exactly?
2. If not, does anyone else make pickups with built-in thumb rests like this?
3. If the answer to the above questions is no, do you have any other ideas?

The key with Yamaha, I understand, is to have the correct part number to order the parts. Could see if anyone can help in the Yamaha TRBX thread.

You could also 3D print a rest that'll sit on the edge of Bartolini BC-sized pickups.
