Anyone bought a bass back and regretted it?

Many of us have sold a bass and later wished we had it back. Some of us have actually managed to get it back. Any of you guys bought "the one that got away" back and realised it wasn't worth it?

My story: sold a '97 German Warwick Streamer LX4, regretted selling for years, bought it back for the same price I sold it for. Ever since I realised that my tastes have change and sits mainly unused. Toying with selling it again!

Good point – I think have to reminding myself that if I sold something, it was usually for a reason.
