I have a vst plugin for this effect that I use when recording but would be cool to use this effect live as well. Anyone have a pedal with a saturation knob?

I've seen there's potentially been a couple issues in the last year or so with these shipping promptly, but it pretty much does exactly what you ask!

I use one from Mile End for that.
And his delay has a saturation preamp that’s fantastic too. It’s a little big to be on my board. Guess I need a bigger board.

I have a Jive, which works well in that regard.
There's also the Lehle RMI Sonic Spark - a bit hard to find and more expensive, but also a bit more shiny or sparkly (more glitter on top).
And I was quite impressed by the BJFe Blueberry BBBOD. At low settings, there's a that saturation thing going on that seems more focused on the midrange. It works extremely well in a mix and stands out more than the other pedals.

Which plugin? The term "saturation" is used and misused for so many different things that it would perhaps help if we knew what kind of effect you are looking for. Tape saturation? Or the saturation you get when pushing the input on a transformer based micpre? Or a tube amp? All very different things, and most importantly different sounds.

In addition to the ones mentioned above, the Becos Stella compressor has a saturation, also the Miles End Effects Echolette is a tape preamp.
Becos CompIQ Stella is the full name of the product. Becos also has a CompIQ Mini Pro and a CompIQ One Mini, the latter two do not have the sat control.
