Anyone have a vintage morley wah?I need help

Hi guys...so my PW finally came in the mail and it won't tilt all the way up without me keeping my foot down...anyone know how to fix it?tighten it? Thanks [Invalid or Expired Link Removed][Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
 
Yes. Do you see those two bolts on the side of the treadle? They are just that - bolts, and they are fastened with nuts on the inside lip. Tightening the bolt-end (because it will be so much easier than the nut end) will solve your problem.
 
Put the pedal in heel down position, tape it down or something methods ng.
Use an adjustable crescent wrench to hold the outside bolt in place.
Then use a small crescent wrench to reach in through the front of the raised toe and tighten the inside nut a little bit at a time.
Try to tighten the nuts equally on each side of the pedal.
