Double Bass Anyone know a Russian bass maker?

Hey guys,

I borrowed this bass from my orchestra about three months ago. I'm planning on having it upgraded a bit, and the person from my orchestra handling the instruments asked me what the brand of the bass I'm borrowing is.
I checked the tag inside and it said
"Model Antonius Stradivarius Anno 1700
Made in USSR, Moskow 1969
N.355"
Now that would probably be enough for the guy to know, but I'm curious who made it. The only sign of a brand or anything is a small, blue kind of sigil with a lyre (like Orpheus has, in Orpheus and Eurydice, for lack of a better description). There's no name of a maker.
I checked the internet the best as I could for anything like it, but didn't find a thing. Could anyone, by any chance, help me? Do you have the same tag inside or have a clue what it might be?

Hi mtsens1,

I have a double bass with similar information.
It is a bass made in USSR moskow, model antonius stradivarious 1700.
It has a maple fingerboard.
