I've been looking for triangular metal picks and can't find anyone who makes metal picks with any shape besides the traditional smaller pick shape.

Does anyone know where to get metal picks custom made or someone who does offer them in a larger triangular shape?

Here you go.

geez too much work in this forum. i went to a hobby store and got an aluminum sheet for $1.80 and i cut it with $1.00 gardening sheers and made 10 of them. if u would like i could post a DIY youtube vid but its cheap, simple and you can do what u want with it

I have a classmate that owns his own machine shop, so I'll have to ask him this weekend if he could do something like that and how much. He has done little jobs here and there for customer service for little to nothing, but most of his work is precision machining, so unless it's bulk it might end up costing some money. For as something that is as simple as pick, it probably would not be that bad.
