Double Bass Anyone know who made this bow? (Vid clip)

His Baroque bow (here: Luis Cabrera Plays Bach)
is made by Luis Emilio Rodriguez-Carrington (2009).
He's in Europe. There are a dozen great bow makers who could make that bow, and (as far as I know) he could have asked for the wider ribbon in a rehair, not from the original maker. Luis plays a double bass made by Carlo Ferdinando Landolfi, c.1770, kindly on loan from the collection of the Dutch Musical Instrument Foundation (NMF), but, again, I couldn't find anything on that bow
