Anyone make custom pickguards?

hey guys! Im looking to have a custom pickguard made for my warmoth jazz bass. I want something like the Mark hoppus bass where the pickguard and control plate are one solid piece but with two changes. first I want it routed for a j pup instead of the p like the M.H. bass and second I dont want any holes where the control plate is because I run my pup straight and then use what i guess you could call modular pre-amps. So does any one know of any people or companies that does this because I really dont feel comfortable doing this type of work yet.
