I have a CN212 cab that I love. Works great with any amp I connect to it. Right now that includes a Walkabout, Demeter VTBP-M-800D and a Fender Studio Bass head.
I am considering grabbing a Berg XX112 of some kind to make a 2x12+112 rig. The reason being is that, while I love the Walkabout very much, it runs out of gas a bit too early thru the CN212. So, I thought maybe running it at 2.67ohms through a CN212 + CN112 might get it more stage time which I would really love to do.
First choice would be a CN112 but they are hit and miss in the usual for sale locations (TB, CL, Reverb etc ..) Second choice could be an HDN112
So, has anyone had any experience anything like this ?
