Anyone order from BassBuddha.com?

Has anyone in the USA ordered from them before? They’ve had good customer service but am curious of what the typical shipping time is. The bass was shipped two weeks ago and The tracking hasn’t changed location. It just says it’s left the country and has been stuck there for about 11 days.

Man, its gotta be the norm right now. I recently purchased a bass from japan, usually only takes around 4 or 5 days at most, but took almost 2 weeks. Covid has just about shut shipping down to a crawl i'm afraid.

I picked up a NG3 back on the 11th. Hopefully I hear something this week.

I had a book shipped from Texas that has been sitting at a facility thirty miles from here for over a week. Covid screws up everything. Enjoy your bass when it comes.

I ordered a Sandberg tt4 from Thomann in Germany in late April. Customer service has been great but the bass is still in customs at Frankfurt. I got a really good price so I’m being patient... for now. I emailed them awhile ago and they checked with DHL. Response is below from 5/12

“Due to the unfortunate spread of the novel coronavirus resulting in personnel shortages, international shipments are expected to be delayed approximately 3 weeks longer than normal.

The arrival scan will show up after the parcel has been processed at your local import hub. As long as the parcel is waiting at the port of entry for customs clearance, there are regrettably no tracking events.

At this point in time there is no reason to be concerned about the delivery of your parcel”

Looks like I got an update today saying that it arrived in the USA and is being cleared thru customs.
