I just purchased,a G&L Asat a few weeks ago. I had one when they first produced, signature model. Let it get away from me. Decided I would try another one. Saw one on a different post with a pick guard, looked good to me. Thought I would show you a before, and after. I didn't drill holes in the body. The company I purchased it from, put an adhesive back on the pick guard,so I wouldn't have to drill holes to mount it on the body. Makes it look like a,50's Telecaster.

I like it. Cool. :bassist:

I have an L2500 Tribute and it definitely gets worked out. I play in a modern country band and the sound is just about perfect.
I picked mine up used here and I couldnt be happier. Those MFD pickups are utter beasts and the stock electronics are the bomb!

Mine is a natural ash body but its a little unusual because it has the rosewood fretboard.

Pulled the trigger today on a G&L Tribute M2000. Plays wonderfully, and through my new Zone B3, the amount of tonal variety is, well, significantly more than I'm accustomed to.

Looking forward to getting to know them better. :bassist:

Picked up a minty 97 L2500 about six weeks ago. Very very nice...Compared it with a Music Man SR5. I walked out with the G&L. The MM was very nice but the G&L just seemed and felt so much better in my hands. It's a beautiful clear orange color. Almost a burnt orange color.
