Anyone recognize this headstock?

It is a bolt-on neck that looks like its on a Washburn Scavenger body. The sticker has the number WO 20983 on it and I presume its the SN? Wha....?

I recently saw a Matsumoku creation with that headstock. I thought it was a Westone, or an Aria, etc.

I think I saw it either here in the classifieds or on EvilBay.

It's not a Weston or Aria headstock. I checked pics of over a hundred of each make. Hopefully SOMEONE has seen this before?

Looks like a Sears guitar from the '80s. I don't know the brand. Cort? Memphis?
