My BSX Allegro (which I love btw) has an E string that is too low in comparison to the rest of the strings on the instrument. The slot is the correct depth so just filling it slightly won't help. I could make the A,D and G slots deeper a bit and adjust the action accordingly, but the manual is clear that you should redress the top of the bridge. I'm assuming this is because the transducer elements are very close the surface.
Anybody have an idea what the configuration is? Or how much wood is actually between the surface and those transducer elements?
I know it's a long shot but thanks.
Oh, and I emailed Dino this morning on this as well.
