Anyone watch studio aysl?

He restores the most thrashed guitars and basses to if not factory, then to complete usability. He just restored a Fernandes that someone had attempted to bash to oblivion.

No talking, and the products he uses are in Japanese. The restoration is great, but his demos at the end...

He always plays the weirdest riffs, and the instrument often sounds improperly intonated.

He does a great job overall, and I really enjoy watching him rescue those mistreated instruments. Although I don't always agree with his aesthetic choices (the laser-cut wood pickguards, for example), the guy clearly knows what he's doing. I also like that he understands if a part can be rescued or if it's time to just replace it.

Man!..That Fernandez has had a hard life!
I just really enjoy watching these batterd old guitars getting some love.
I hate the throw away society.
When I was a kid, if your toaster/coffee pot/waffle iron failed, you got it fixed.
We don't even repair TVs anymore.
