Anything with a variable High Pass Filter?

Is this something you'd want for tone shaping, or to keep the ultra-lows from eating up your wattage?
To keep out the lows.

I've been doing gigs with rather large PA's, sometimes full blown concert rigs, and the rumble on stage from the FOH is coupling with the lows from my rig and muddying everything up. I switched from 12's to 10's and that helped a little. Then I hooked up my vocal recording strip and disabled everything except the HPF and BINGO problem solved. Trouble is it's not built for the road and it's a whole rack space of features I don't need. Plus there are some gigs where the PA is small enough that this problem doesn't occur, in which case I'd like to be able to wind the HPF back to where it's not doing anything.

CEB-3. Just put a dummy, mono, plug into output B (if I remember correctly), and then output A just outputs the effect. Stick the Depth and Rate to min, the E level to max, and the filter knob is your hpf. When off the unit lets your whole signal through, with no tone suck, and when on you have you hpf. Really road worthy too.

Just make sure the dummy plug is mono!

Both good suggestions so far. I'll look into them while I'm waiting for the Bergantino line driver to become available and make a decision once I've weighed up the pros and cons of all three products.

Question about the Fishman preamp. Is it capable of driving a power-amp? It's not essential that it can, I'm just fishing for a bonus feature ...........
