FYI - I just received my Apex string order this week. Jeff provided great customer service and was able to process and deliver my custom gauge request (4 sets of their "Traditional Cryos" in 40, 60, 85, 105, 130), in a few days. I have not installed them yet, as I just put on my last set of ORIGINAL Dean Markley Blue Steels (I still haz a sad...) FYI /TMI - I have no connection whatsoever to Apex - I'm just letting you know of my first experience with this company. I will follow up in a few months, when I install/play the Apex set. Thanks.
You have no connection whatsoever to Apex, but the custom set you ordered has your name printed on the package. Is this something they can do for anyone and everyone who orders custom sets? Not trying to be testy, but just curious...
I believe they do this for ANY custom gauge order. It's a nice touch. (Jeff indicated that they will keep my "custom" set specs on file, in case I need to reorder, FYI.) Thanks.
