Are Washburn Tarus rare?

I've had four Tauruses in the past.
A T-24,T-25 and a T-14NMK
In my opinion the older Indonesian ones are better than the newer Chinese ones.
The Vietnamese and Indonesian ones had better hardware and they had body contours.
The new Chinese ones are slabs.
The electronics are backwards.
And the five string bridges are badly engineered.
The bridge saddle slots and screws are in the wrong place.
Making it necessary for the bridge to be mounted off center.
This is not an issue if you intend on replacing the bridge.
But still..........QC?

If you can find a Taurus that was made in Vietnam or Indonesia from the early to mid 2000's you'll be good.
