I picked up this set of Artec pick-ups in 2016 just as a place holder after I sold one set of pickups and was waiting for a custom set to be wound. I got the custom set and to my surprise I actually much preferred the Artec pick-ups. I sold the custom made pups intending on purchasing another set of the Artec pick-ups for my backup bass. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find another set of these. I told myself that I'd just sit back and wait for another set to surface on eBay or reverb or something. That was 3 years ago. Still nothing. The set I'm using has "Alnico " printed on the back of the neck pickup and "Artec" printed on the front of the pickups in metallic lettering. Magnetic viewing film reveals 2 bar magnets instead of the large pole pieces found in some of the pickups on their website. The only sets I've found since are ceramic and have nothing printed on the front. Does anyone know where I can find another set? I find it hard to believe that a $20 set of Artec pick-ups are so rare.
