Ashdown 220 touring 115 ?

Hello,

I'm interested in buying an ashdown 220 touring 115, but i'm not entirely sure yet.
Now, i'd like to know if you guys had any experience with this combo and if it was any good or not?

Thanks a lot,

Mysticola

I just got a 330 2X10 yesterday and LOVE the sound of this amp.

EQ is different that other amps I have played. per the manual

"it is a totally passive EQ, the passive eq has a smaller range of adjustment than the active type but has a more natural sound."

I have found that the treble and mids do not give that high tinny empty sound when cranked like other amps.

I have only had the amp in my house for 24 hours. it will take a few days to fiddle with it to find out all the sounds but for now I'll just say. its one of the best sounding amps I have ever heard (me play through). most every one else sonds great no matter what they are playing compared to me...

its got GREAT fat deep boomy bottom end....if you dial it in on the bass knob and shift button but not muddy. crisp and clear.
fyi.....I have played through only 15's for 33 years this is my first 2X10 and I will never go back!
