Hi!I just bought the ahdown 515 amp (100w rms) but it has not the power I thought it had.:scowl: With the drums and guitar playing, you can't hear the bass. As it has an entry for an extra speaker, I wonder if someone can tell me what speaker should I use.
That will depend on 1) the impedance of the internal spkr, and 2) the size of the internal spkr., as well as the amp's minimum impedance rating. Find all that out first.
EXTERNAL SPEAKER An External Speaker socket is provided to allow you to use an external speaker cabinet if required. This cuts out the main speaker when a jack plug is inserted. The external speaker must be a minimum impedance of 8 Ohms for the After Eight and Perfect Ten but can be 4 Ohms for the MiniRig and Five Fifteen.
