Ashdown Effects Pedals

Hey everyone,

Hope you all had a great christmas, I know I did, apart from... my main present from my parents was an Ashdown Drive Plus, but it appears that they are still not out yet, so all I got was the receipt lol. Don't get me wrong, I am not ungrateful for this, however it'd be nice to know when I might receive it. Soundslive didn't give us this info. Upon searching everywhere i could think of, I couldn't find any release dates. Has anyone else heard anything about them yet? Release dates?

I myself have been watching ever so paitiently for the Ashdown pedals, mostly the drive plus. I envy you, at least you have a reciept.

Your best bet, I would think, would be to e-mail Ashdown and ask.

I contaced ashdown in december (the 12th).
Here is the answer:
"Hi Julien
Yes, we had hoped that these would be here before now, but
unfortunately
a couple of our suppliers were slow to get shipments to our factory in
China. We do hope to be shipping from here in the UK by mid January.

around about £90 from www.soundslive.co.uk. I may buy the chorus and the compressor if the drive is any good and i get a chance to try the other two

I contacted Ashdown today, here's the answer:
"Hi,

UK 3-4 weeks, if your in America it will be 6-8 weeks.

music123.com is now listing the full line of Ashdown Bass FX pedals. They ae essentially taking pre-orders because it says availability is March 30.

Actually, if you go look they say the pedals won't be available for shipping until March 30th. They even sent me an email in regards to that when I pre-ordered the octave plus.
