Ashdown superfly amp 4ohm confusion.

Hiya i'm looking for some advice on how to wire my newly acquired Superfly bass amp to my old 8ohm 4x10 Orange cab.
The Superfly says it's a 250 Watt RMS into 4 ohm amp, should I just send one speak on to my cab or do I have to send two speakons to the cab?
Any help would be appreciated as the Fender Bassman head I normally use is a two man lift and I only play small venues now.

As the 4-10 is 8 ohms the amp will only produce about 180-190 watts with an 8 ohm load connected to it. Don't worry it should still be very loud.
