I've done a lot of searching but this is a unique situation. What do you think of the Ashdown MAG series, specifically 210T and 115T. Would this combonation compare with say an Avatar B212? I need a good deal of punchiness with some warmth. Basses played through it could range from a MM sig to a Warmoth custom to a Thumb.
Preamp will be a BBE Max or Yamaha PB-1 with a CS400 power amp.
I have a really tight budget, and my local music shop will pay a lot for my current combo, enough to completely cover the 115T.
