Ashdownd Superfly rack mounting

Hi

I have just bought an Ashdown Superfly head.

I have also bought a 19" rack mount case and Korg rack mount tuner (From a different source). All was going well until I fitted the kit supplied with the head only to find that it measures 19.5" (Great!)

Does any one have any suggestions to mount it?

Did you remove the aluminum outer casing first?
