[ASK] How To Use USB For BP355

I am a new person here ...
yesterday i just bought DIGITECH bp355 bass effect ..

I've tried suggestions from Crystalman85 and its results are very satisfactory ..
but I am confused its function of USB ..
I've also read here http://www.talkbass.com/threads/the-new-digitech-bp355.721629/#post-10139993
But the tool only works for Windows X
Question: Can anyone have a tool like that in use for windows?
I've been looking for it but still can not find ...

Hi,
Good luck getting the BP355 to work using USB.
I ( and the tech guy from Digitech - 7 emails ) have spent the last week trying to get the X-Edit to work on my PC.
Download this, uninstall that , delete this etc etc .
I ( and the guy from Digitech ) have now given up. Shame, as I purchased the unit because I wanted to use the X-Edit as a backup on my PC.
Will have to write all edits down long hand as I modify them !
I will still keep the unit ( great for the price )
