Asking about Tesla VR-B2

Hi all....
i'm a newbie in talkbass.com...

I have some question about pickups, maybe you can help me find the answer.

Do you know about TESLA pickups ? I Wanna buy TESLA VR-B2 for 5 string bass, the model is JazzBass Pickup. Does anyone know about the sound ? It's more cheaper than seymourduncan basslines, and Dimarzio....

thanks for your help

I know this is over a month late, but for what it's worth, I have two basses with Tesla pickups in them and couldn't be happier. My Squire VM Jazz has a VR-B4 in the bridge position and my 5-string Uno has a Corona-5SC in the neck position and a Corona-76SM in the bridge. They all sound fantastic, and I plan to do more business with Tesla if I get more basses/money (really aching to try out their P pickup).

While I can't vouch for that specific pickup model, I can vouch for the company and the quality of its products. If the VR-B2 is anywhere near as good as the three other Tesla pickups I have, then I can't imagine you'd be disappointed.
