Anyone have any thoughts on the Audere preamps? I'm looking for a new pre-amp for my Fender deluxe 4 string and wsa drawn to these. The price seems good and I'm wondering if it really does make a difference from the Fender stock installed?

GET THE TWO BAND WITH TONE!!
just my $0.02. I've had two 3 bands, and the two band is a much better sounding preamp. Plus you get vol-vol, the tone variations are superior. And if you don't boost the bass/treb, its exactly like a passive J.
The Low EQ adds more girth to your sound, the high eq adds a nice spank to the tone. both boosted is a perfect curve for most bass players. The tone control is perfect for the vintage type tone.
Really, the two band rules them all. IME, IMHO, ect ect.
But Dave is great, same day shipping, awesome customer support. Audere all the way!
