Anyone here within the past week try to contact Audere Audio via email? Not having any luck here.

The number of registered users reading this forum who've tried to contact Audere Audio during the last seven days is probably well under one per hour, so you're probably a bit premature in yelling that after only 49 minutes, sir.
For my own past experience, I got relatively prompt replies from Audere. The longest I ever waited for an email back was approx. 2 days.
The preamp is phenomenal too.

I have bought from Audere quite a few times ... very good products. I have not tried to email them today.
Every time I have needed to contact them I made a call and they helped right away. definitely make a call
I imagine this thread could get hammered fairly quickly with extremely happy Audere customers requesting the OP take it down a notch.
Very happy owner here and got prompt one-on-one support when I needed it. Give a call. They are not a corporation. Just a smart guy with a great product that he is passionate about.

I've emailed them last week and they replied within 48 hours. Before that I used the form on their web site to email them but didn't get a reply so I directly emailed sales@auderaudio instead.
I beleive I spoke to the proprietor today David, about giving my Valenti J5 a broader pallete.
A conversation BTW, THAT WOULD HAVE TAKEN AN INFINITE AMOUNT OF EMAILS TO CONVEY. I'll leave the caps lock on that one - y'all can call me old skool - its what I am!
Except for that new Z6 coming for my black beauty! That's all new skool stuff, impedance loading the pickups, and at different rates. But, I dont do hype well, we'll see when I get it wired in. My instinct tells me David is not a hype guy, he delivers. Real deal, not deal dough.

I'm old school as well...and dig where you are coming from Buffalo. The phone is so much easier, efficient and faster if you need to have any kind of dialog.
I own and have owned several Auderes and Dave is a straight up kind of guy.
