audio on floppy?

Can I store audio on a floppy disk? win xp.

I want to store short music samples onto floppys.

I'm not very sharp with computers so feel free to talk down to me.

of course you can...

they just have to be less than 1.44MB in size.... which is really hard unless it is Über compressed or a really short sample.

My old Akai sampler can ONLY store stuff on floppy...

Filling up it's 32Mb of memory 1.44Mb at a time is a bit impractical.

Sure, but I'd avoid those things if at all possible. They're slow, and they're tiny. How about a USB keychain drive instead? If you've got Windows XP, you must have a USB port.
